By using this website, the Buyer acknowledges that he understand and accept this Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using this website.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions regulate the business relationship between a Buyer and Excelleum d.o.o. (hereinafter “Seller”) in relation to the terms and conditions of ordering, product prices, payment method, termination of contract and return of goods, delivery, protection of personal data and other issues related to the use of online store www.thenaturalcosmetics.com.
The Buyer is any legal person or natural person who make an order and payment via online store www.thenaturalcosmetics.com Natural person can only be an adult and a business-capable person.
The Seller is the owner of the online store www.thenaturalcosmetics.com and keeps the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
The Purchase Contract is concluded from the moment when the Buyer clicks the button “Place order” and when the Seller receives the order, i.e. an electronic notification containing a Buyer’s statement to accept the offer.
PRODUCT ORDERING
The purchase is performed on the website, www.thenaturalcosmetics.com, by filling the designated form. When filling the form, the buyer is obliged to fill in all the required data. The purchase can be made only with the buyer’s confirmation that he/she has read and understood the Terms and Conditions, and that he/she is aware that this constitutes an order with obligation to pay.
The purchase is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The buyer will be informed via e-mail about order confirmation (the receipt of the electronic message that includes the buyer’s bid).
The purchase is performed by ordering available products that are chosen by the buyer, based on the product’s photograph and basic information. The photographs are illustrative and do not always and in all details have to match the available products.
The ordering of products is conducted electronically. By clicking on “Add to Cart”, the selected product is added to the cart. The product is neither reserved, ordered nor purchased by adding it to the cart alone. The buyer can continue to add products by clicking on “Continue Shopping”, or review the cart content by clicking on “View Cart”, or finish the product selection process by clicking on “Checkout”. When the product selection process is concluded by clicking on the “Checkout” button, the buyer will be redirected to the page where he/she can select payment method, delivery method, where a code can be entered if the customer has a coupon or gift card, where additional notes optionally can be added. The purchase cannot continue without checking the “I’ve read and accept the terms & conditions” checkbox, where by checking it the buyer confirms that he/she has read and understood the Terms and Conditions, and that he/she agrees with them. If the buyer agrees with the purchase of products included in the cart, he/she can click on the “Place order” button. When the buyer clicks on the “Place order” button and finalizes the order, the seller will send an order confirmation email to the buyer along with the order number confirming that the buyer’s order was received and is being processed.
If the seller is unable to deliver any of the products ordered at this time, they will contact the customer via e-mail or telephone
PAYMENTS
Payment of ordered products can be done in the following ways:
– Direct Bank Transfer – only for buyers from the territory of EU and EEA
– Credit or debit card via PayPal (American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa and Diners)
– PayPal
– Cash on delivery (Pay with cash upon delivery) – only for buyers from the territory of the Republic of Croatia
Transaction fees are exclusively paid by customer.
All payments from Croatia will be effected in HRK, from the US will be made in US Dollars and from UK in GBP. All other payments from other countries will be effected in EUR only.
CONVERSION STATEMENT
If you make a payment from Croatia, payment is made in Croatian Kuna and there is no conversion of currency in that case.
In the case of PayPal payment, all payments from Croatia will be made in Euro currency and the value of your product cart will be converted from Croatian Kuna to Euro, since PayPal does not support the Croatian Kuna as the currency of your order payment.
The amount of your PayPal credit card order will be charged through the conversion of the price in Euro to Croatian Kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank.
As a result of conversion (converting the amount of the purchase from HRK to EUR) in the case of PayPal payment, there is a possibility of a slight difference between the displayed product prices and the amount of the cart.
PRICES
All stated prices are retail prices, containing the amount of VAT and are in HRK, EUR, GBP or USD, depending on country of customer. Prices are subject to change. Listed prices do not include cost of transportation, delivery or postal services, which are charged extra.
Prices, terms of payment and discount offers are valid only at the time of order. The promotional offers are only valid while stocks last.
DELIVERY
Delivery is done at the address the Buyer wrote in the order of the product. When purchasing a package, the Buyer is required to check the contents of the package, as the subsequent complaints will not be respected. By signing the delivery note, the Buyer confirms that he has reviewed the product.
The delivery is done via the DHL delivery service for international orders and Croatian Post for domestic orders. The Seller is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to incorrect customer information. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods ordered, the Seller is entitled to request from the Buyer reimbursement of the postal costs.
Shipping Costs
– Croatia: 35kn by HP Express courier service. Free with orders over 350kn.
– EU and EEA: 18.25€ by DHL courier service. Free with orders over 75€.
– UK: £16 by DHL courier service. Free with orders over £75.
– USA: $20 by DHL courier service. Free with orders over $100.
– Rest of world: 23€ by DHL courier service. Free with orders over 100€.
Delivery Times
Delivery within Croatia takes 2 to 3 working days from the date of dispatch.
International orders take 2-3 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch.
Further information on the order status can be provided upon request.
The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. You will be notified by email if ordered item is temporarily out of stock or not available.
International Shipping Disclaimer (does not apply to EU)
The Buyer is responsible for the payment of all tariffs, duties, taxes, handling fees and customs clearance, VAT, etc., required by the importing country. The Seller doesn’t collect this beforehand, and cannot give an estimate of the cost – charges vary around the world.
As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
COMPLAINTS AND REFUNDS
The Seller will offer an exchange or refund items you are not satisfied with for a valid reason. All valid complaints will be resolved in the shortest possible time. Your written complaints should be sent by e-mail to: info@excelleum.hr The Seller will respond within a maximum of 15 days.
The Buyer has the right to complaint and return items in the following cases:
– if product expired
– if product is defective or damaged
– if wrong item delivered
The Seller will refuse an exchange or refund if items are not ready for resale. All products that are returned must be unused, unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging. The items should be returned to the Seller within 14 days.
The Seller cannot accept returns on our sample products, or products that have been purchased on sale!
For food, nutrition supplements, cosmetics and perfumes under the law, there is no right to unilaterally terminate the contract!
The Seller is not liable for any damages that might arise during the delivery. Upon delivery, the Buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment and any apparent defects and missing items should immediately complain to the deliverer and inform the Seller by email. Otherwise, the conditions of the goods shall be deemed as delivered in the agreed upon condition.
When returning the product, the customer should suitably pack the products in order to avoid transportation damage. Otherwise, the refund or replacement will not be respected. After the complaint has been approved, the Seller will make a replacement of the products or refund within 15 days of receipt of the returned product.  In case of refund, the Seller will refund the product price paid only and the shipping cost is non-refundable.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The Seller agrees that all personal information required to complete the purchase will only be available to employees of the Seller and will only be used for the purposes of using these websites while respecting the privacy principles. The Seller is obliged to respect the anonymity and privacy of the user and apply security measures to protect the interests of customers.
The Seller has no access to customer credit card number and other data because credit card payment uses third-party services that protect the data with a secure protocol using encryption.
COOKIES
Cookies are unacknowledged files that are temporarily stored on your computer. The purpose of the cookie is to improve the features of these websites. The Seller uses cookies only in all the analytics of using the website. If you do not agree to using cookies, you can easily delete them using your browser settings.
