What is the INCI list?

The English abbreviation INCI comes from the International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients. INCI is an international guideline for labeling ingredients information in cosmetic products. For herbal ingredients Latin names are standard. Ingredients must be cited according to their share in the total weight of the product.
Some of International Guidelines for INCI List:
– Ingredients that make up less than one percent of the total weight need not be mentioned.
– Fragrant substances are not quoted individually, unless there is a doubt that any odor may cause an allergy, then it is specifically mentioned.
– The used colors are always listed at the end of the list.

I am receiving a delivery internationally. Who is responsible for any additional charges?
